The AOLE (Area of Learning Experience) we are studying this term is Health & Wellbeing.
Our current Class Topic is helping us to learn that... Developing physical health has life long benefits.
Our Big Question this term is...
"What fraction of our class make good choices to positively affect their wellbeing?"
We will be investigating our health and wellbeing in lots of different ways:
- Mr Ffit is coming in to visit us and do a workout and discuss how our bodies work.
- We have an artist visiting to teach us how art can help relax us.
- Food trialling - Tesco are kindly donating lots of fruit for us to try!
- We are learning about our emotional wellbeing and how different parts of our brains work.
- We are learning about different food groups and their roles in keeping us healthy.
- Our final product will be a workout that we have designed ourselves.
